I noticed the room had effective air conditioning. Breakfast costed an extra 15 euros, I found it worthwhile. I saw excellent views from the rooftop bar during sundown. The room included complimentary toiletries. There was a hairdryer. The bathroom offered towels.
The window did not properly close. I heard street noise. Staff addressed it eventually, but reaction time was slow. Apologies were not given.
